Sunday, June 7th will be devoted entirely to vegetarian cooking at Un Posto a Milano, with a number of guest chefs participating. The full line-up is here, but the day of cooking presentations and tastings kicks off at 10.30am and ends at 6pm with a plate prepared by Un Posto a Milano’s very own chef Nicola Cavallaro. In addition, Un Posto a Milano will offer a special vegan and vegetarian menu all day.
Rounding out the festivities at 4pm, Gabriele Eschenanzi and Pietro Leemann will name the winner of The Vegetarian Chance, an international vegetarian haute cuisine cooking competition, where eight chefs will compete at Joia, Leemann’s Michelin-starred vegetarian restaurant.
